Hey EHG,
Quicksilver Wind node from Warpath is buggy and makes movement speed increase super weird. It even reduces my movement speed ! (check the video, I have 86% movement speed and go down to 81% when I start spinning ^^)
UPDATE : I just noticed that Warpath is reducing movement speed innately, is it a bug ? It is not written on the skill that you lose movement speed while using it 
Warpath is supposed to reduce movement speed, but you are correct that this isn’t mentioned on the tooltip so I’ve made a note of that.
There does look to be some strangeness going on there, thanks for the report.
