hello. I would like to ask if picking all -1 mana cost nodes caps at 0 cost or you can actually reach -1 cost meaning you end gaining 1 mana per tick?
No, but there is a bode that gives mana every 3 seconds so it is possible to gain mana

So if I try to pick a -x mana cost node when I’m already at 0 channeling cost it will do nothing and waste my skill point or it just won’t let me use it?
You can still pick the node to reduce the channel cost, even if you’ve already got it down to zero, the mana cost would not go down below zero but if you picked another node that increased the channel cost, that would have less of an effect.
