Very poor performance

Hi guys,

I tried to open the game on both Mac OS Catalina and Windows 10, but the game is extremely unplayable. My FPS is around 5 with “medium” settings and 15 with “very low”.

Hey there,

In the DxDiag you posted (thanks!) I’m not seeing a video card.

Unfortunately, integrated graphics solutions such as Intel Iris Plus 655 do not meet Last Epoch’s minimum system requirements. If your Mac doesn’t have a video card manufactured by AMD or Nvidia, I would recommend reaching out to Valve about a refund.
