Speccing into the Rush of Sacrifice node that removes the cooldown of Shield Rush at the cost of health, only works the first time you spec into it. Once you relog, the cooldown is back, but the health cost remains. I was having a blast with it yesterday, and once i logged in today, the cooldown is rearing its ugly head. Thanks in advance.
