On ‘The Ruined Temple’ leg of the main quest, if the player casts and takes a town portal after killing the boss (Omen of Silence) but before clicking the blossom to complete the quest, there are several buggy results:
-portal takes the player to The End of Time
-returning to the Sanctum Bastille spawns another Omen of Silence
