Diablo 3 was my essentially my only ARPG/MMORPG for two years because of one little functionality none of the others had: in single player, I could hit ESC and completely pause everything, no matter where, for about 15 minutes before the server would kick me off. Priceless when you have a family. Please include something similar.

You can too press T and enter a town portal immediately.
Grim Dawn SP allows pause as well.

To simply say… I agree. For reasons of family to take care of, use the bathroom, answer the phone or any other thing that you can’t just say, “Sorry, but I can’t stop or I’ll die on wave 175!”

Which completely resets everything you’ve done in the map you just left.

You can not teleport out of monoliths or arenas as they are reset to lvl1.

100% agree. Should be there for every SP experience in an arpg
