i noticed when i was fighting my health regen doesnt exist, i have plenty to heal me over time but its not in my character stats or affecting me at all.
Are you using any unique items?
It’s likely that an item or passive you have is doing this, such as the Avarice unique gloves. Have you checked what you have equipped/selected?
