As the picture shows after I finished off a group of enemies the loot (unique item) dropped in unreachable part of the map
“Potions that drop from hitting bosses are now placed on the ground some distance away from the boss to make them easier to pick up.”
This might be the cause of problem, since this is the first time I saw this kind of bug and the new patch introduced this feature
Sorry about that! This isn’t caused by the potion changes, this problem is just due to the fact that those breakables are in a spot you can’t walk to. We’ll either remove them or make them accessible.
