Weird and random bug for you. Every once in a while if I change a piece of gear to another, one of the items will be dropped on the ground instead of going to the inventory. Both times it happened I was interacting with an NPC/UI at the time. The first instance was at the gambler and then a second time at the shop (Annya). Both times I still had the gamble/shop UI open, but beyond that I don’t know what else I can really provide. In the second instance I was swapping a Refugee Armour of Hope for a Scholar’s Leather Coat, but when I went to try and replicate it…it didn’t happen again.
If it happens again I’ll see if I can give you more info =(
