I was just crafting a shield and somehow I got a Glyph of the Guardian on top of the shield in the item slot (The glyph graphic was on top of the shield graphic, like it could be slotted into it). The bottom text said something like “This mod is unsupported”. I was able to remove the glyph but the shield then was completely stuck. No text when hovering over it, nothing happened when I clicked and tried to remove it.

After restarting the game the shield was gone completely. I’m not exactly sure how I did it, I think I just right clicked the glyph and it somehow happened.
