On Windows 10 I was unable to allocate a point into Fury of the Risen (which had 0 points in it) while I had 1 point in Undead Onslaught, 2 points in Unbound Necromancy, 3 points in Deathly Ambition. The 1 point in Undead Onslaught should have allowed me to allocate the Fury of the Risen point, correct?
EDIT: It appears a second point in Undead Onslaught allowed it, so the single dot connecting Fury of the Risen is in error.
