Fireball + Plasma Ball + crit lightning

Plasma Ball add lightning damage to fireball. This causes fireball to gain lightning in its description.

before: (fire, spell, inteligence)
after: (lightning, fire, spell, inteligence)

The passive “crackling precision” provides critical strike chance with lightning skills. Will this affect fireball with plasma ball?

IF the skill description says “Lighning” then yes. On top of it “Fire Spell” crit chance will be added as well.
