Enchant Weapon make freeze every time I use it

First time I think than do something wrong than use OBS
But now I clearly see that after ~ 1 hour than I use Enchant Weapon it freeze game for ~ 1 sec
After that I close LE and run game again
Enchant Weapon not freezing game but after ~ 1 hour it makes again

On video you can see than I click to Enchant Weapon and have freeze
