I have just started playing, so please excuse the basic questions.
Assuming that skeletons are counted as minions, can one dismiss them and, if so how?
Also can you select which type of skeleton you want to summon/ dismiss?

Minions die when you remove their respective skill from your quickbar.
You always summon the type of skeleton that you have the least of, so it’s more or less even.
If you want a specific type to be summoned, you should take the nodes in the skeleton skill that prohibit summoning of other types.
