Death's Calvary Skill Behavior Change

I would love to see Skeletal Mages with Death’s Calvary passive only activate the traversal skill when the max number of skeletal mages are reached. In the same manner that companion skills are not accessible until the maximum amount are summoned.

The upkeep of dread shade is already tedious especially if you are building around snapshot mechanics. Dread Shade’s targeting needs a lot of work but with this tweak it would make working with the shade as it is feel much less clunky.
