Blood,Frost, and death island quest 1 bug

Currently the 90 island npc is missing for the quest 1, you are not able to link ruin of the empire and blood,frost,and death. https://i.imgur.com/9risnXh.png i have done every empowered MoF and normal ones but unable to get 10/10 monolith completion because i cannot link these two islands

Could you elaborate on what’s missing? To complete the second branch you need to do all of the Quest Echoes in that Timeline for a second time,

and choose to help the other Wengari clan.

There should be quest objectives pointing you to both of your options in the first Quest Echo. Some screenshots or more description would be helpful.

Here for example the Frost brand wengari is not where it is supposed to be. On the second picture sometimes, you cannot talk to blood pact wengari even though there are no monsters left to kill (Double checked) It remains stuck in “Defend blood pact wengari” phase.
