that increase poison stack to INFINITE ( as real) stacks

It is supposed to work like that, you deal more dmg but also hurting yourself more, you can always turn aura off if you have too many stacks
Misha is correct, the Icarian Poison node is designed to ramp up the number of poisons on yourself, requiring you to disable Aura of Decay occasionally.
