I’ve been trying to open this chest for the past few minutes and it refuses to cooperate. If I move far enough away I can highlight the chest by mousing over the uppermost edge, but clicking on it when highlighted only results in my character walking down to stand on the spot.
This location is south of the ramp leading to the Sapphire Quarter connection.
