User bought the game on steam but now doesnt own the game in steam

Bought game in kickstarter, got error Le-04 and then i tried linking my account with steam and got the “User bought the game on steam but now doesnt own the game in steam” error. Please help :frowning:

Any news on my issue? i got You cannot redeem a Steam key because you purchased the game on Steam and already have access. If you believe this message is in error, please email [email protected]. when i try and redeem a steam key aswell. The game is not in my steam library.
