You can not add another wolf with it.

Do you have a high enough companion limit? The limit is 2 by default and the Primalist’s permanent minions count as companions.
I only had 1 wolf out at the time. I had no other passives that increase the limit. However, that shouldn’t matter for the wolves and that ammy. It says it give +1 to max wolf. That means, I should be able to have 2 with it in on, with out any other passives giving me more.
