Static orb does not hit

Hi,
I’m playng a sorcer mage with static orb and I’ve realized that this skills does not hit in some enemies, for exemple in the Marsh Beetle (common) and on the Loctis (common), I have checked it several times (going out and in of the map). Here is some screens.
