Some shrines (not only speed shrine) seem to be able to increase character’s attack speed/cast speed infinitely and permanently. Pretty shocked since I found my lich having 1700% inc attack speed :)). Though relogin to the world should be able to fix this.
Could you post your log file if this happens again, and ideally a screenshot of where the shrine was? I haven’t encountered this issue myself or seen reports.
