Possible Bug: Eterra’s Blessing 7.8 'Triage'

In the Description below, does ‘ally’ mean companion and/or minions?;

___________`Eterra’s Blessing

_______________* Triage now automatically targets the ally with the lowest health
_______________ percentage, rather than the ally with the lowest health value.

Curious, patch notes state this as a fix but on my Beastmaster it doesn’t seem to be healing allies ever, still only healing myself.
