Monster that cant be killed

so i was playing game yesterday lvl 100 monolith and this happened, i couldnt kill him but he was doing damage to me, in the end i left echo and started over (it was second echo so not a big deal). I have log files after that session at home so i can send to you guys later today. Great game keep going! sorry for low quality video
