Ice Barrage - Sublimation Passive

Hello,

After testing Ice Barrage, i’m pretty sure that the node “Sublimation” doesn’t work as intended or have an error of tooltip.

The increased damage and size are fine.
But with this passive i have a better fire rate and more ice shards are cast in 5 second.
~35 with Sublimation 3/3 → ~22 without
