If I put points into World Eater can abyssal echoes leech or are dots not able to leech at all?
Dots usually can leech and use penetration, since both world eater and abyssal echoes use the void tag it should work. But maybe someone else can confirm aswell.
Yup, DoTs do indeed benefit from both leech (unless it states something like ‘leech on hit’) and penetration mechanics.
