Werebear roar does not work as stated. When I stand in the middle of a group of enemies and roar they do not stumble away with reduced movement speed. As far as I can tell nothing happens. I am level 57 currently, however this issue has been occurring since I first unlocked werebear. It happens 100% of the time.
Thanks, I’ve found the cause of this. The enemies are currently slowed and taunted.
