Vale Spirit Question

This is probably something that’s been answered but I just spent the better part of 15 minutes searching the forums and could only find things that pertained to an old bug of them not attacking or just mentioning them as part of builds.

Question: What exactly do they do? it says they cast physical spells at targets but it doesn’t say WHAT those spells are. My assumption is that it’s spells on you have specialized in. If that is not what they do then what spells? General spells from the primalist class?

Basically, they cast a spell like the vale blast in the Druid-Spriggan form. Single target, straight line, moderate-ish damage.
