Unable to login to game

Hi,

I have installed the game recently and when I try to login, I get hit with a [LE-04] Data transfer failure. The game is updated to the latest version and it is added to my AV’s exception list, I even turned it off completely but that did not help. I am sure the game is connected to the servers because if I type a wrong password I get a password related error.

Any help is much appreciated!

UPDATE: Now the error has changed to [LE-13] Authentication Error
