I´m unable to change the graphic settings.
The Apply button is not clickable.
I run the .exe as Admin, have read the other closed Post on this, but it dont work.
Can anyone help me with this please ?

I apologize for the inconvenience, but could you move, rename, or delete the .ini file the game stores settings in, then see if the issue persists? (Please don’t do so while the client is open.)
