Twinned Golem - one summon and lose health after 10sec

Skill : Summon Bone Golem
Node: Twinned golem ( and blood golem but not sure it’s related )

  1. On the first summon everything fine (2 summons) but after a while (10 sec) the golems lose around 40 %.
  2. if we re-use the skill only one golem is summoned and he loses health after 10 like the first summoning

I’m experiencing the same bug after selecting the twinned golem node with blood golem as well. Happens with both golems. Summoned at full health, then after a short period of time (10 seconds) both golems lose about 25% of their HP. It does NOT regenerate.
