I use the Steam platform to play. The chat does not work for me. Is it because I’m Brazilian?

We’re looking into this issue, could you please provide your log file if chat fails again?

How can I upload the output_log here?

When I created the first character, the chat was working normally. After I logged out for the first time, the chat no longer works. When I enter the game, sometimes I can see 1 or 2 messages from players before the chat stops.

New accounts don’t always have permission to upload files-- if it isn’t working you can use something like https://pastebin.com.
