Tested Tempest Strike’s Charged Stone, Tempestuous, and Hailstorm with a common weapon with 34 adaptive spell damage versus a common weapon with no adaptive spell damage.
Charged Stone about doubled in damage as expected.
The other 2 spells, Tempestuous and Hailstorm though, did the exact same damage with both common weapons and so they were clearly not being affected by adaptive spell damage.
