Teleported onto ledge, can't get off

Detailed description: was teleporting through abandoned tunnel and teleported up here, cannot teleport back down.

What were you doing at the time? Teleporting and fighting

How consistently does this happen? First time so far, will try again.

Operating System: Win10 x64

I also teleported onto the same ledge by accident, i also cannot teleport back down.
