So I spent the money to upgrade to Ardent Commander supporter pack from Ardent Champion supporter pack. I received an email saying “Your Last Epoch order is now complete”. (August 6, 2020). I yet to see any indication that the upgrade has been processed. Is there a time period I have to wait for before the upgrade is processed?
I’ve been waiting patiently for a week now for this to get resolved. How much longer do I need to wait for?
I just want the product I paid for.
