I am missing my supporter Badge, I was told I have two accounts but this is the only one I know of. Could I speak with someone on the duplicate a count and badge issues?

You are indeed logging into the forum and game on separate accounts. One has a Gmail account associated with it; the other has a Live account associated with it. That’s all I can say publicly. Please e-mail [email protected] if you’d like to discuss this further.
