A piece of terrain on the sides of the mountain cover your screen when standing in the lower half of the very end of titan’s canyon. See the first screenshot where the portal is. I was unable to move anywhere with the terrain covering my screen (screenshot 2). Transplant was able to get me out.
Same thing happened to me. Teleported back to the portal there to free myself of the unfortunate situation
