My Mana Strike skill bugged after leveling up, I lose some spented points, its now level 9 but there are only 7 Points spent. Also the passive Mind Garden has a point even though the parent passive has not enough points spent

Bug is still in affect.
Lvl 20 skill 20 points spent somehow 1 disappeared.
