Soul Feast - Blood from Souls "fix" is really broken

I see that in the past the Blood from Souls nodes weren’t properly giving the right number of recasts (giving less than stated) and that this was fixed. However, the behavior I’m seeing gives 40+ recasts with 3 points in Blood from Souls. Here’s a short video showing the issue. I love it, but I don’t think it’s intended.
