I don’t know exactly what is happening, but today I saw that my melee and spell damage are -10%, and my throwing damage is 53%, I’m sending my character sheet without itens and my passive tree to help.

You have 5 points in Juggernaut which is giving you 10% reduced hit damage in exchange for 125 armor.
And you have 9 points in Powerful Throw passive which increases your throwing damage by 7 per rank (so 63% - 10% from Juggernaut = 53%)
