Using the Stormtide unique boots to shock myself when I stop moving I can watch my character sheet and watch it clearly go down by 5% when the shock takes effect, when it should be doing so by 2%. It’s possible that perhaps the shock from Stormtide is special in some way, or that the character sheet is wrong, but issues with any of these would be worth reporting anyways.
I’ve confirmed that this is a bug with Shock in general. Resistance Shred ailments have reduced effects on players as intended, however.
