Shield Rush “The Rush of Sacrifice” no longer removes cooldown but still adds the health cost.
Used to work but when I reloaded the game today it was no longer working. Tried reloading game to no avail.

Hm, I’m not seeing anything out of the ordinary in that log, and on a fresh character it’s working fine for me. Does the tooltip show that it has a cooldown? Could you try removing the skill from the hotbar and readding it?
It showed a 4 sec cooldown.
Taking it off the skillbar and putting it on again did fix it.
Interesting. If you find any hints towards when it starts let us know.
