Shield rush broken after switching weapon

EXPECTED: shield rush working if requirements are met
INSTEAD: shield rush does not happen. activating bound key doesn’t do anything
REPRODUCE: removing weapon from weapon slot and putting it or any other one back into slot
FIX: ~~reload char~~ re-equip shield

Thanks for the report, I’ve reproduced this internally.

I’ve found that you can also re-equip your shield to make the skill work without reloading the character.
