Sentinel passive “banish” incorrect function

Hello everyone,
The passive “banish” that grants dmg and Crit chance for retribution has an error I think. 4/4 points give retribution +100% crit, and then it always crits instead of adding 100% (5% crit chance would become 10%). But here it becomes 100%

Was wondering why leveling Sentinel has been so easy lvl 15-40 lol. Retribution so strong ^^
