Hi,
I’ve lost my char save after a crash. I was playing my lich wandering spirit build and it shutdown my computer (too high temperature i believe). Since then, in game i can’t retrieve my char.
In the save location “C:\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\Saves”, the save file appears. it was corrupted (0 ko) so tried to replace it by the temp one but it didn’t work.
Is my char lost ?
I would say yes. A lot of people seem to be having issues after their computer crashes so I wouldn’t be surprised.

With very little time to play, i think i’ll wait for saves to be stable, i’m kinda bummed out

Apologies for the slow response! We’ve just released 0.7.8d, which should automatically fix this issue. If the character is still missing, please contact support with a .zip of your Saves folder, which is located in the same place as your log file.
