I noticed that when I went to go re-organize my skill bar and move some skills around, when I moved the Summon Sabretooth Skill I could no longer press it again for it to perform the fury swipes on targets anymore. I had to exit to the character select and go back in to be able to get that fixed.
Thanks for the report-- it seems like this is a bug with all companions, actually. In the meantime, removing the skill from your bar entirely (which unsummons the companion) solves the problem.
