No matter how many runes of shattering I have in my inventory or stash, when I open the forge, it shows I have 0. Therefore I can’t use runes of shattering at all. Hoping for a fix so I don’t have to dump my character.
Have you not tried pressing the “store crafting items” button in your inventory? Additionally, you can manually place a rune into the “use a modifier item” box.
Not a bug.
