As the title almost implies, i believe we should be able to use rune of refinement on idols to reroll there %'s, each rune increases the chance of fracture by 5%. Fractured idols work the same as items. 75-99% break just fractures. 50-75% gives lower %'s or removes an affix. 0-49% Makes the idol unwearable.
