Going through the new monolith content, instadied to Yulia’s Husk in the first story echo of the ruin of the empire timeline. Got back there and the quest log no longer showed the locations of the soul repositories, it was still set to the state “put yulia out of her misery”. The echo can still be progressed however it’s just the quest markers not resetting.
Oh and she instakilled me a second time, whatever that skill is that spawns the cold DOT on top of me it kills me in less than a second before I can move out of it. So that’s fun.
