Hi comrades!

  • It’s not clear for me - what modifiers affects damage from Circle of Flames of Fire Shield? Of course there fire damage and damage over time, but how about spell damage increase or +X% to base spell damage?
  • Can i leech from damage dealt by Circle of Flames?
